What you can and cannot lose here

• You cannot deposit money to play. You cannot lose money on a game. There is no cash-out, so there is nothing to chase.
• You can optionally pay for a PRO subscription. That buys cosmetics and playtime. It never buys better odds, and it is never required — the free weekly Ƶ never stops.
• Running out of Ƶ costs you a wait, not money. If a game ever makes you feel that paying is the way out of a loss, that is the moment to close the tab — and to tell us, because we consider that a bug in our design.

Why we built it this way

No More Beast exists because casino mechanics are genuinely fun and the money is what makes them dangerous. So we removed the money and kept the game. Our vision explains the rest, and /fair publishes the mathematics so you never have to take our word for anything.

Signs worth taking seriously

Even with fictional money, watch for these — in yourself or in a friend:

• Playing much longer than you meant to, repeatedly.
• Feeling you must win the Ƶ back.
• Playing to escape stress, low mood, or boredom rather than for fun.
• Hiding how much you play.
• Curiosity about whether the same games are “better” with real money.

That last one matters most. If our games make real gambling look appealing, we have failed at the only thing we set out to do.

Tools we give you

• Freeze or close your account — email us and a human does it, no retention script, no “are you sure?” maze, no offers to stay.
• No dark patterns. No loss-chasing prompts, no fake scarcity timers, no “you almost won” messaging engineered to pull you back.
• No real-money gambling advertising, ever. We do not accept it, link to it, or take affiliate money from it. This is permanent.

If you are worried about real gambling

We are a game, not a service that can help with this — but these people can, free and confidentially:

• Latvia — Slimību profilakses un kontroles centrs (SPKC) publishes addiction support services: spkc.gov.lv. Emergency psychological help: 116 123.
• Gamblers Anonymous — international meetings and self-assessment: gamblersanonymous.org.
• Your national gambling helpline. Most EU countries run a free confidential line; search for one in your own language rather than relying on ours.
• Self-exclusion. If real-money gambling is the problem, most jurisdictions let you self-exclude from licensed operators. In Latvia this is handled by the Lotteries and Gambling Supervisory Inspection (IAUI).

What we are not responsible for

We think it is more honest to say this plainly here than to bury it in the Terms:

• No More Beast is entertainment played with fictional currency. It is not therapy, not medical or psychological advice, not addiction treatment, and not a substitute for professional help.
• We are not a casino and not affiliated with any casino or gambling operator, and we do not offer, promote, or facilitate real-money gambling.
• We accept no responsibility or liability for real-money gambling you choose to do elsewhere, or for financial loss, debt, addiction, or harm to your health, mood, relationships or finances arising from your use of this Service — including where playing here preceded, resembled, or influenced that decision. Those choices, and the operators who take that money, are not ours.
• Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer law.

Saying that does not make us indifferent to it. It is precisely because we take the harm seriously that there is no money in this building to lose.
