Privacy & Cookies

The short version: we count visitors with our own first-party analytics, we don't run ad trackers, we don't sell data, and we don't have 847 "trusted partners". When accounts open we'll store the minimum needed to run your profile. That's the whole story.
1. Who is responsible
No More Beast operates this website. Data questions, access requests, or existential complaints: hello@nomorebeast.com.
2. What we collect today (pre-launch)
- First-party analytics — page views, referrer, browser and device type, country, and engagement events (scrolling, clicking an outbound link). This runs on our own infrastructure. It exists so we know whether anyone visited, not who you are.
- Email, if you write to us — we keep the correspondence to answer it.
3. What we'll collect when accounts open
- Account basics: email, nickname, password (hashed, obviously).
- Game data: your Ƶ balance, bets, wins, purchases, and showcase items — this is literally the product; the flex feed can't announce your fictional Rolex without knowing you bought it.
- Purchase records for coin packs, kept as long as tax law insists (tax law is the one beast nobody retires).
4. The cookie chapter, in its entirety
EU law requires us to disclose our cookies and similar technologies. We are pleased to present the complete, unabridged inventory:
- One first-party analytics identifier so two of your page views count as one visit rather than two visitors. It never follows you to other websites — it physically can't; it doesn't know other websites exist.
- One consent flag that remembers you dismissed our cookie banner, so the banner doesn't haunt you forever. A cookie about cookies. We're aware.
- When accounts open: one session cookie so you stay logged in.
That's it. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no data brokers, no lists of "partners" with their own lists of partners. If we ever add anything to this list, we'll update this page and re-annoy you with the banner, as the law intends.
5. What we never do
- Sell or rent your data. To anyone. For anything.
- Run third-party ad trackers.
- Profile you across the internet.
- Pretend a 4,000-word policy equals transparency.
6. Legal bases & retention
Analytics runs on our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); accounts and purchases run on contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). We keep data only as long as needed for those purposes, then delete it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing — email hello@nomorebeast.com and a human will handle it. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority (in Latvia: the Data State Inspectorate, dvi.gov.lv) — though we'd appreciate the chance to fix things first.
